Push Notifications

Push notifications help you reach customers instantly, even when they are not actively using your app. Your PocketStore app sends two kinds of notifications: automatic notifications that fire on store events (an order is placed, paid, shipped, or refunded), and manual campaigns you send yourself to announce promotions, highlight new products, or drive customers back to your store.

Both kinds are delivered by OneSignal, a push notification service.

OneSignal is the only provider PocketStore supports, so it is the one account you set up.

Once it is connected, you control everything from WordPress under App Bridge > Push Notifications.
